With the recent buzz and excitement about Pure Energy, I have been contacted by many people all asking what it actually contains.  So I thought it would be helpful if I published the list of ingredients here.  I’m sure you’ll agree that Pure Energy contains an extensive range of powerful ingredients. My first shipment of Pure Energy arrived last week.  So having had a few days of using it, I can share my initial experiences with you…

Now I say upfront that I am cynic when it come to products with big claims.  I come across them all the time.  So I can only tell you my personal experience.

First and foremost – WOW.  Pure Energy is something you simply have to try.  I absolutely love it.  It is the genuine thing.  All other products claiming to give you more energy need to watch out.

The parcel containing the Pure Energy arrived from GenesisPure in the middle of the day.  Although the advice for regular use is to drink the Energy immediately upon waking, I didn’t want to wait until the following day.  So I took it before my afternoon gym session.  Now, I am a sporadic gym attendee, trying to go three times a week.  Sometimes I do weights, sometimes I use the cross-trainer for CV exercise.  My interest usually wanes after 40 minutes.  However this occasion, after warming up I hopped on the treadmill for a gentle 20 minute jog.  But my energy was so high that I kept on increasing the time.  I ended up running, not jogging, for more than 60 minutes!  This is something I have not done for a long time.  Without a doubt something was happening thanks to the Energy.

The next day I mixed a sachet first thing after waking.  Within minutes I felt wide awake and ready to get on with the day.  But there was none of the jitter or lightheadedness often experienced with a strong cup of coffee.  The day was mainly a desk bound day – paperwork, phone calls, emails etc.  The big thing I noticed in the three hours after taking Energy is total lack of procrastination. Not that I am big procrastinator, but in the first 90 minutes of the day I might browse some news websites, check Facebook, check YouTube etc. But on this day I had achieved more in the first two hours than I usually do in four.  Was this the Energy?  There was no hyper buzz, excessive mental chatter or frenetic pace of work – just pure and simple an increase in mental energy and total focus on the tasks at hand.

So onto the weekend.  This weekend it has been quite dry, yet autumnal in the UK.  So I thought I’d get out into the garden and just tidy a little.  Before going out, I mixed up a drink of Energy; more out of curiosity.  Four and a half hours later I had completed all the garden chores and more.  Even my wife was surprised.  I didn’t rush through them as coffee or caffeine can make you do.  I simple got on and kept going at the chores, telling myself I’ll stop when I get tired. I finished the garden jobs before that happened!

And today.  Another office based day.  I had an Energy first thing and again I cleared my desk of overdue work by mid-morning.  So I thought I’d enjoy some autumnal sun and go for a run outside, rather than at the gym.  I took an Energy just before leaving the house.  Normally at lunchtime I would go for a  gentle 2.5 mile lap, but today for whatever reason I did a four mile lap.  But the biggest thing is that whilst I often have the thought about going running, I get caught up in my day and never normally get around to it.

So based on what I have experienced with Energy so far, these are the benefits I have seen…

• Stops Procrastination
• Great energy levels without caffeine buzz (odd experience!)
• Increased personal efficiency
• Desire to exercise more (healthy!)
